Corporate Responsibility and Sustainable Development

Corporate Social Responsibility is an integral part of our culture and determines the way we operate. We support Corporate Social Responsibility entities internationally and are fully aware of our broader role in society, beyond the limits of our operation.

KLEFER’s human resources plays an important role in the growth of the company. We care for our people and preserve a safe and creative work environment, which is characterized by respect, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, as well as opportunities for continuous growth. To achieve this, we implement a development policy, so that our people can grow professionally and personally while the policy of diversity that we implement ensures our respect for human rights. Since 2011 we have been implementing a “Coaching” program for all the Company's staff, highlighting the emphasis we give to the growth of our people.
HUMAN RESOURCES
The protection of the Health and Safety of all employees, partners and subcontractors of KLEFER, in every aspect of our activities, inside and outside the Company, is a basic and non-negotiable priority for us. Our long-term goal, in addition to eliminating risks in the workplace, is to develop a culture of prevention throughout the organization.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Environmental protection is a basic requirement for sustainable development and a key pillar of Corporate Social Responsibility. In this context, recognizing the importance of the effects of climate change, we are constantly integrating processes into the company’s operations and business activities that aim to reduce our environmental footprint and raise the environmental awareness of our people and society. The company's commitment to an environmentally responsible operation stems from the Environmental Policy, which clearly defines our priorities.
ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to providing responsibly, high-quality products with an emphasis on an excellent customer experience. For this reason, we provide technical support seminars for the technical personnel of our customers, training them in the installation, operation and maintenance of our lifts, both in theory and practice. Quality control is carried out at all stages of production in order to maintain 100% quality control of the lift’s components and subsystems. with the most recognized international standards. At the same time, we consider continuous innovation as a very important part of our responsible operation in order to meet the needs and priorities of our customers, facilitating the lives of people around the world. For this reason, we liaise with higher educational institutions to promote good practices, stay informed about innovative projects and exchange of know-how.
MARKETPLACE
We build long-term partnerships and relationships of trust, solidarity and mutual respect with stakeholders and support the local communities in which we operate. We participate in Corporate Social Responsibility programs that have long-term, substantial, positive effects. We value interaction with society, and we motivate employees to volunteer in social and environmental initiatives.
