Corporate Governance is the set of rules and principles established and applied by the company in the context of ensuring relations between the company’s management, shareholders, employees and all other participants.
KLEFER is committed to implementing corporate governance and our Board of Directors has developed clear policies that promote excellence within our corporate governance system. These policies are consistent with our commitment to operate with transparency, promote best practices and ensure compliance with policies, statutory rules and regulations and applicable corporate governance requirements.

Articles of Association
The Articles of Association of the Company is the body of formal rules and regulations established by the shareholders of KLEFER and in accordance with applicable laws. It defines the objective of the Company and regulates its scope.
Internal Audit
The Internal Audit is carried out by parent companies, KLEEMANN and FERMATOR. It operates as an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity, focused on the continuously monitoring and improvement of company’s operations. Its primary mission is to review and evaluate the internal audit system, ensuring its adequacy and effectiveness in achieving business objectives.
